"Very recently I learned that Dragonfly is also a very dangerous and
deadly synthetic designer drug. There have been deaths due to overdose
of this drug. This knowledge upset me and I did not know what to make
of it. Switchwords and Defusing Words are sacred to me and have worked
well for me and many others over and over again."
"I would love to hear your thoughts on how a substance that can cause
so much harm and even death have same name as a Defusing Word."
I had a similar thought when CHLORINE came up
When we found CHLORINE it was very difficult to wrap my mind around
that one. If taken in any significant amount, CHLORINE is dangerous,
even deadly. CHLORINE gas too is dangerous/deadly. How could something
so toxic and so overpowering be a Switchword? Why is CHLORINE a
Switchword?
It took a lot of searching to begin to find the definition and open up
to CHLORINE, but it did all fall into place. It is because it is the
essence of what CHLORINE does that makes it a Switchword. As I read
about CHLORINE, I discovered that whenever it comes into contact with
anything it mingles with it, it becomes inseparable, a part of
whatever it has made contact with. CHLORINE changes everything it
touches, makes a difference, blends itself with things, becomes one
with whatever it touches. And it makes perfect sense now. Wow! Indeed
CHLORINE does make sense as a Switchword:
CHLORINE mingle; share yourself; make a difference; blend; become one
with
Now drinking CHLORINE (not just chlorinated water, which has a very
minute amount in it) would be deadly, but saying the word is not.
Saying the word brings about the essence discussed above.
How do you use Switchwords/Defusing Words?
You set your intent for what you want, then flip the switch...
Say the words once, and let go. You placed the order, now let the
chef deliver.
Or chant them like you would a mantra, allow the energy of the words
to permeate your energy.
Or sing them. Feel the music, the joy as you sing. Allow yourself to
flow with them as they flow into your energy field.
Or think them. Think it once. Or think it twice. Or think it over
and over again.
Or mentally intend them.
Or even put them in an Energy Circle and allow them to be broadcast to
you.
Then let them go. Be with them. Allow them to be with you.
What if I don't know the meaning of the words?
You do not need to know the definition of a Switchword or Defusing
Word in order to use it or benefit from it. In fact, the less aware
the conscious mind is, the less sense it makes to it, the better the
Switchword may work.
One of the reasons why affirmations have to be repeated over and over
and over, and still may not work is because the conscious mind filters
things it doesn't believe out before passing the information on to the
other than conscious mind.
Switchwords/Defusing Words carry nothing for the conscious mind to
judge and filter out, so they tend to slip right on by to the other
than conscious mind, where they go to work flipping switches, defusing
negative energy, and bringing their essences to you.
But CHLORINE is toxic, Dragonfly is a dangerous drug....
We don't drink CHLORINE to get the effect of the Switchword CHLORINE.
We say it:
CHLORINE – mingle; share yourself; make a difference; blend; become
one with
We don't touch a FLAME, it would burn us, but we can use the
Switchword to radiate warmth and light:
FLAME – extend; radiate warmth and light
A HOLE, to the conscious mind is anything but attractive...a hole in a
shirt, a hole in a lush green lawn...we consciously think yuck, it
ruins the whole thing...but we see it, we are drawn to it, we note it
first, we are attracted to it, the HOLE:
HOLE – be attractive, appealing
A FIGHT is an aggression, two or more parties striving against each
other, often ending in pain on both sides and one dominating the
other. We ask our children not to FIGHT. We do not like how it feels
to FIGHT with our family, friends and neighbors. However, during a
FIGHT one is focused and intent on what they are doing. When one is in
a FIGHT one intensifies one's intent: FIGHT – win a competitive game;
intensify intents
Another Switchword that seems kind of opposite as a Switch from the
conscious thought: JUDGE. "Don't judge me." "You are so judgmental."
"You've made yourself judge and jury."
Usually when you pass judgment on something or someone, you are
looking through your own filter and often it is a very narrow view
which you have. However, JUDGE, as a Switchword is about improving
comprehension.
As you read you gain comprehension, you begin to see more and more,
and the Switchword JUDGE is about loving to read, to gain information,
to increase comprehension, it is kind of the opposite of what you
would think of judge outside Switchwords:
JUDGE – love to read; increase comprehension
WHISPER is another Switchword that seems to be upside-down. When you
don't want to have others hear what you have to say, you whisper. When
you want just those closest to you to hear it you whisper. Yet the
Switchword WHISPER is about paying attention to what you are hearing,
to be quiet. When someone whispers, you tend to strain to hear it and
you get quiet to hear it. So this is why WHISPER is a Switchword:
WHISPER – be quiet; pay close attention to what you are hearing
Back to Dragonfly...
Street names for drugs are often made up to make them sound like
something good - angel dust, speed, spice, ecstasy, etc., and reading
on Brom-Dragonfly, its name came from the molecular structure, which
resembles a dragonfly.
Look at other common words that usually evoke a good feeling - mom,
dad, friend... There are times when a person may experience the people
that are represented to them by these words may evoke less than good
feelings, like an abusive parent, but does that then turn everyone's
experience of "mom" and "dad" negative?
What about David? Because David Berkowitz (aka Son of Sam) is a serial
killer, do we no longer use the name David for a baby because it is
now associated with a serial killer? No. We look more to our own feel
of the name, not necessarily what someone by the name may have done or
been. David means, always has, and always will, "beloved." Nothing
changes what the name actually means.
So it is with Dragonfly. Yes, some may have taken the name of the
Dragonfly and applied it to something that kills, but it does not
change the origin, the meaning of Dragonfly.
Defusing Word Dragonfly:
Dragonfly is for defusing friction and discord. Dragonfly is for
creating prosperity and harmony. Dragonfly is for giving one
inspiration, learning, and seeing light magic in our own lives and the
lives of those around us. Dragonfly reminds us to consciously make an
effort to express our hopes, dreams, needs and wishes. Dragonfly is
light magic.
So, I guess what I am saying is....
Don't throw a Rock to get the effect of the Defusing Word Rock. Say
it...Rock:
Rock is about defusing social and racial bigotry, bias and prejudice.
Rock is about bringing solidarity and unity in social relationships,
as well as relationship with self. Rock incorporates many apparently
disparate substances into one solid, cohesive mass, protective of the
center. Rock can be very healing for skin conditions, as skin is the
"Rock" of the body.
Don't eat the Dragonfly,
Don't drink the CHLORINE,
Don't throw the Rock,
Don't JUDGE people,
Don't WHISPER what you don't want heard,
Don't take Bromo-Dragonfly, the designer drug, into your body. It
requires a specific action to make it dangerous/deadly.
Just say the words and watch the MAGIC appear.
Do you want to improve a relationship that has some friction and
discord? Do you want to bring back inspiration, see the beauty in your
life and the lives of those around you? Set that intent, then
Dragonfly.

communication from the elemental world.

because some have taken its name and applied it to a deadly designer
drug?
