Seasons greetings, over the last few few weeks we have been celebrating good over evil and i wish Love and Peace to - you, your family and loved ones ( in-case you are a bachelorette or bachelor - loved one, can be one or many :-).  Times like these make one look back and also,  think about our future , and most importantly makes one look internally, within our present. While i am extremely proud of what we have collectively done in the last 10 years , i am equally excited about years to come.

Personally for me, the ON initiative has been a platform to experiment with my life - and i love the varied things i get to do, and thankful for the incredible people i work with and get to meet. Sometimes the surge of activities, takes a toll on me and my snapping also effects many of you.  Firstly apologies to each of you for having hurt you or disrespected you . I say this most sincerely, that i have the most amount of love and respect for the entire team - and it is a joy to spend most part of my waking day with you . I realize i need to take a step back , be less paranoid and give each one of you the space to take control of your responsibilities.

Please remember while the jounrey or the trek to the peak or top of the mountain, is very beautiful and most important, the FINAL RESULT of getting to the peak is the ONLY thing that COUNTS. In our context we get to the top of the peak or mountain, when we do we do a DAMN GOOD JOB. There will be pitfalls and difficulties , but it is important  to keep asking for help. It is important to realize that at times you may not be ready to carry the heavy load during parts of the steep ascent . It is a sign of strength and determination to ask for help. It is important to keep communicating and sharing information with each other and especially with your guide. It is a group effort to take the climb, and not communicating may mean the entire team does not get to the Top of the mountain. Whatever we do, we must make sure we get to the peak within the time and resources we have got . For some of you - as your guide, i wish to walk at the back of the pack , as do shepherds and help us achieve our results . So please keep sending me messages and reports. And never feel shy to stop and ask for help - i will be most happy to  carry your extra burden or find another friend to carry it. As climbers and seekers , failing on the way or compromising on quality of work or delaying or spending more is never a option, so plan your path , set your goals and keep reporting back.

I wish and pray this platform of ON Family (which we all love dearly) is being used fully by each of you looking for personal, professional and spiritual growth. And of-course as your friend and guide i hope to do my bit for you to achieve the above. Look forward to cross many passes and peaks together in our personal and collective journey .

Love Always

Vinay
