new Switchlist.app version 1.4 - can folks check it works?

Hi, all,

At long last, I've finally submitted the most recent version of SwitchList, version 1.4, to the Mac App Store; with luck, it'll be reviewed quickly and available for download from the Mac App Store in the next week or two.

I've replaced the SwitchList 1.4 distribution on vasonabranch.com <http://vasonabranch.com/> with this latest version - you can get it at http://www.vasonabranch.com/railroad/switchlist-releasehistory.html This new version of SwitchList has a couple minor fixes for problems that appeared in recent MacOS versions. SwitchList 1.4 will require Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra (released in 2020). For older computers, continue to use SwitchList 1.3.2.

If anyone's got time, try installing the version from vasonabranch.com <http://vasonabranch.com/> and let me know if you encounter any problems.

Oh, and just to be clear: I'd previously announced 1.4 last summer, but hit snags in Apple's app submission process. This SwitchList 1.4 is essentially the same as the one I shared in 2023, but with minor tweaks to solve the problems that Apple's tools kept complaining about. I'd appreciate folks checking that this version works just so I know about problems before the new version goes live on the App Store.

Updated from the App store just fine. Launched and came up just fine. Will check further in a bit.

SwitchList got approved by the App Store within 12 hours, and the new version is currently live. (That's a big change from the early days of the App Store when it could take a couple weeks for Apple to approve it.)
