Specific Use Case

I have a specific use case.

I have an industry with 6 doors but I only want cars occupying 4 at the end of a session. Each session should have one train pulling 3 cars and spotting 3 cars.

If I set:

• cars to 40ft
• Industry spur to 180ft
• Industry doors to 6
• Train length to 120
• Manually set 4 cars into 4 spots

Then I can generate switch lists with 3 in and 3 out but errors about train lengths 

Unfortunately, the outgoing cars are always the first 3 alphabetically so the forth car never changes. 

Is there anything I can do to get around this?
