This looks like a problem where Windows Powershell has an internal command called “switch” that conflicts with our
“switch” command. I usually work around this by using the older cmd.exe instead of Powershell (open the Anaconda Prompt instead of Anaconda Powershell Prompt). But if you prefer Powershell, you can use “switch.exe” instead of “switch”, e.g., run “switch.exe
--version” or “switch.exe solve”.
