The compatibility errors on Windows when installing the further solver---COIN CBC

Dear Prof. Matthias Fripp and other members for constructing SWITCH,

          Long time no see! I am a postgraduate named Wang Chen who has been studying the SWITCH model and asked  some questions before on this Google forum, and you have given me so many useful advice which has helped me tackle with the problems successfully. Thank you so much for your contribution and concern! Now, I have finished studying the SWITCH model and already collected all the datas which are necessary for running the SWITCH model. I have read the SWITCH pre-tutorial file again, and I want to intall the COIN CBC solver which is faster than the glpk solver so as to gain the outputs more quickly. Hovewer, when I tried to install the COIN CBC solver, I have met the compatibility errors (please see the following figure). Could you give me some advice and instructions on solving it?
