Error in running tutorial solver

Hello,
I'm going through the tutorial, where it asks you to enter switch solve --verbose --sorted-output. I'm getting the following error and not sure how to proceed. Any advice appreciated.

Hi Tak,
It sounds like you may have ended up with incompatible versions of Switch and Pyomo. Could you run "conda list" and send the results?

I'm sorry for the long delay getting back to you. I had to meet a few deadlines over the last few weeks and wasn't able to keep up with email.
It looks like you have ended up with incompatible versions of Switch and Pyomo. Pyomo made some changes in version 5.6.9 that broke compatibility with Switch. We're still working on updating Switch to work with the latest versions of Pyomo (a top priority for the next month or so). But until that is done, the more recent versions of Switch (2.0.5.post2 and 2.0.6) are configured to request earlier versions of Pyomo when you install with conda or pip.
Unfortunately, I've just realized recently that there are some situations where you may request to install Switch following the standard instructions, and conda chooses to install an earlier version of Switch (2.0.5) with a later version of Pyomo, since the earlier version of Switch doesn't declare itself incompatible with the later version of Pyomo (we didn't know when we released Switch 2.0.5 that a later version of Pyomo would break compatibility).
The best way to work around this is to create a new environment and install Switch there. This could be done by running "conda create --name switch", then "conda activate switch", then running the installation commands from the tutorial. To be extra safe, you could change the install command for Switch to "conda install -c conda-forge switch_model=2.0.6". After this, it should run fairly well, but you will need to remember to run "conda activate switch" at the start of each session with Switch.
I've also attached some updated tutorial instructions, which use a named environment as discussed above. These also use the Visual Studio Code editor instead of Atom, because I've switched over to using VS Code for my work recently.
