Welcome to the SWISSCO-EO Gender Equity Community of Practice (CoP) — a cross-organizational network dedicated to advancing gender equality and transformative approaches within the global coffee and cocoa value chains.

This community serves as a low-friction, asynchronous hub for peer learning, resource exchange, and collaborative problem-solving. Our "Google-Minimum" approach ensures that knowledge remains accessible to all practitioners, regardless of their organization or internet bandwidth.

Community Participation & Open Access:

Inclusivity: We welcome members from NGOs, government, the private sector, and academia. You can participate entirely via email or through the web interface.
