Increasingly more often I have noticed that my background colors on email campaigns are different upon arrival to inboxes than they are set-up to be when I am creating a campaign. For example, I set the background to be white, and when it arrives to my contacts' email inboxes it is green or dark gray. Please help!

I've seen something similar to what you're describing when emails are forwarded. When you forward an email it can cause some unexpected changes to the coding of the email, which can cause colors to bleed out of one box, and into the background color. I took a look at your last few emails though, and I do see that a number of them did have different background colors, including shades of green and gray. If you go to the 'design' tab on an email while editing it, you should see the 'outer background color' as an option to change. If that's not working, and you're not forwarding the emails, I would suggest getting a screenshot of the email with the incorrect colors, and sending it to us directly at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com so that we can take a closer look at what's going wrong.

Colors change on my emails all teh time. The help desk person said it was my browser - that's crazy talk. You system probably has a bug. Sometimes I catch the changes and reset them properly. Sometimes, even after I fix them, when I exit, the backgrounds change. We just sent an e-mail and the most important part of the message was changed to black text on a black background! Lots of complaints to subscribers.

What kind of browser are you using? Have we tried using another browser or an Incognito/private mode within the browser? If you do not have another browser handy or have tried those options are you using a campaign that you have copied many times or an old template? Sometimes creating a fresh copy will fix small issues or glitches like this.

We have the same issues. They colors are consistent on desktop, including Gmail, on iOS mail app etc. Yet, in Gmail for iOS, the colors are always distorted. What displays as a black color background across all platforms, displays as a white background in Gmail on iPhone.

Same issue. Changes in the editor willy-nilly, I change it back, preview, and send. When it's sent, background colors on buttons and text might be completely different than what showed up in the preview. Y'all need to fix this.

Based on your description, it'd be better for you to call our general support line. They'll be able to screenshare so they can see the issue as it's happening live with you, and continue troubleshooting from there to see if it's a connectivity error, or something glitching with the template itself.

The circle is given a default colour with initials in a contact list column if the user has not set a custom image in their own profile, under Personal Settings > Profile > Add Photo. You can direct this user to our Help Center article on Managing Your Personal Profile to make this update.

Please note that if they add an image that is just a block of colour, their initials will not appear on top of it. They would need to create an image that has their initials and the preferred colour background before uploading it to their profile.

It looks like your font color for paragraph text is set to white. You can easily change this by clicking on Theme, then Change Fonts. Click on Paragraph Text and you will see the Color with a drop down arrow. This shouldn't affect the text on the rest of your site since the font editor bar you used to adjust the other colors will override the Change Font default settings. Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue with a client's website ( ). I'm trying to change the color of the font on the fields (i.e. First Name, Last Name, etc.) and I have not found how to change the color of just those fields. I've seen how to change the color of the fonts in the Paragraph area (which is not what I need.)

I am having the same problem at this page. The form looks fine until someone tries to fill it out. The text writes in white on white so you can't see what you are typing. My paragraph text color is not set to white. Not sure how to fix this? Thanks for any help!

Hi Adam, I have made the contact page background darker (grey) and text on form feilds have become hard to read on the background of the form section (contact page). I want to simply change font of the contact form input field labels, to white (such as "Name", "Email" etc).

In our case, it would be a great help to be able to color-code contacts. Currently we have to create and fill our own fields for this, but the user always has to scroll down to see the corresponding field. If there was a possibility to add a red label directly at the top of the contact (if a user is locked for example), that would be a great help.

I agree 100% with this request - one look at the forums, shows that its a highly requested feature that would improve user workflow for MANY companies.
Currently the company I work for, has hundreds of leads, and a colour coded system would make it much easier on our Marketing team to gauge the statuses of the leads and make faster decisions in real time.

Hello there. I have built a bonded contact between two faces but the distance between the two faces is quite large, so I increased the pinball radius to make that contact. Does this cause the color legend of this contact to become orange? What can be the possible reasons the color legend can become orange and should that be of any concern?

Plus, I want to ask if, as I have already mentioned, I create a contact between two faces with quite large distance but also increase the pinball radius to actually built a contact between them, so does this mean that while forces are being transferred from one face to another, huge moments can be transferred, which might make the results to be somewhat absurd there?

It is fascinating to compare experimental and simulation test results for a tensile test specimen. The main difference between clear contact lenses and colored contact lenses is the tint present in color contacts used to change your eye color. Clear contact lenses, without any color, are designed solely for vision correction, while colored contact lenses can be used for cosmetic changes but may also have the same vision-correcting abilities. Both types of contacts lenses need to be properly fitted by an eye care professional to ensure they are comfortable and safe for your eyes. However, colored contact lenses often attract people looking to change or enhance their natural eye color for fashion or aesthetic reasons. Regardless of the type, it's important to handle and care for all contact lenses with good hygiene practices to maintain eye health.

Colored contact lenses cover the natural color of your iris with a new color or shade, most especially for brown eyes. These type of contact lenses come with a colored tint, not found in clear contact lenses, which overlays directly on your iris, covering the original color. For dark-colored eyes, "opaque" color contacts are ideal as they completely transform your eye color, while "natural enhancer" lenses will only slightly brighten your natural eye color. The effectiveness depends on the quality of the colored contact lenses you choose and whether they are well-suited for dark eyes. Always try different colors under various lighting to find what looks best on you. Remember, for comfort and safety, all contact lenses, including color contacts, should fit well and be prescribed by an eye specialist
