Position. We are in search of an experienced grant writer with a deep understanding of NIH Grant Applications, particularly Career Development (K) awards and R grants (e.g., R01). This role presents a unique opportunity to bridge traditional grant writing expertise with the capabilities of modern AI, shaping the future of scientific communication.
Compensation. The position will be compensated with equity in Next Thought AI based on experience and project-oriented deliverables discussed beforehand.

Key Responsibilities
Use natural language to communicate with large language models, like GPT-4 from OpenAI, to analyze and revise grant applications.
Engage directly with researchers to understand their needs and refine the AI-assisted grant writing process.
Continuously learn and adapt to new AI tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' experience in assisting researchers with NIH Grant Applications.
Familiarity with both Career Development (K) awards and R grants.
A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies, especially AI-driven tools. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills.
