Thanks to those of you who send me notes of events - it is always a great help at getting the word out.  The more support we can give to bands and organisers, the more buoyant our dance world will be.

We will be taping the "Jitterbug Stroll"  in mid-late August to put up on Youtube, and will let you know details as soon as the venue has been determined (hoping for Sunday 16th after the Floogie Dance) - wear something red as usual.

Balboa classes will start next week on Tuesdays following the first swing class.  All levels welcome.

Sunday Afternoon Tea Dance (9 Aug) with Opus 21 Big Band

Sunday 9 August from 1:15 pm – 4:30 pm (dancing starts at 1.30) at Eley Park Community Centre, 87 Eley Road, Blackburn South  3130

We are looking forward to this dance next week.  Opus 21 are a fun 17 piece big band that play a variety of music attracting all kinds of dance styles, but particularly ballroom and swing.   Swing dancers please dance in the middle of the floor and let the ballroom dancers pass by on the outside.

Admission - $15.00 / Concession -$10.00   (Tea, Coffee, Water provided)
