SUBBzero plus special guest appearance – Chris Walker

 

Chris Walker is, currently, Chairman of Jazz for the Musicians Union, UK. Chris has his own band called the Chris Walker Quartet.

He also popular on the local radio with his own show (including an interview with one of our own!).

 

For this event, Chris will host an open “laid back” improvisation session for all those who wish to take part.

The one criteria (Chris insisted) is no music. “Learn to use your ears, just like the old days”, says Chris.

The other criteria is that it will be easy and great fun. Anyone who knows Chris will confirm that this will be a “not to be missed” event.

 

SUBBzero is an 11 piece band and will be playing their usual set of Latin, Bebop, Reggae & funk. 

 

Come along for an enjoyable night out and for those who really must, Join in........... a jam session with Chris Walker.  Open to all.
