Swing Beijing Notice · Week of August 29, 2011

Hi Everyone!

Hello again!  This week we'll be doing flyhighs - a fun charleston-y move that is good for fast music.  Monday and Tuesday (Levels 2 and 3) will be linked, so those who feel they can are encouraged to do both.  We'll do the basics on Monday at 8:30 and then on Tuesday at 8:00 we'll do more advanced moves and variations.

The band on Friday was really swinging and it looks like there's more very danceable music in the future, so if you've been feeling like the music isn't quite right, come again!  It's good!

Monday Classes:

Level 1  - Charleston technique and more variations.

Level 2  - Introduction/refresher to charleston flyhighs.

Tuesday Classes

Level 1  - Charleston - basic footwork and moves.

Level 3  - Advanced charleston flyhighs.
