Invitation to London Oxfam Live Event

please see below an invitation to an Oxfam Live Event in London in May we have received.

I wanted to inform
you about Oxfam Live in London on Saturday 3 May at the Amnesty
International Human Rights Action Centre.

This is a get-together for all Oxfam supporters in and around the Capital,
and we would really like you and members of your London group to come
along.

You can find all the details on the webpage at:
www.oxfam.org.uk/get_involved/oxfamlive/london.html The page includes an
online form for people to register.

It promises to be an inspiring event with a talk and Q&A with Barbara
Stocking, Oxfam's Director. We are also excited to be welcoming Abraham
Conneh, Oxfam’s Education Officer in Liberia. In a country destroyed by
over 14 years of civil war, Oxfam are working with rural communities in
Liberia to get children, particularly girls, into school. Abraham will
share personal stories of working with local schoolteachers and children to
help future generations of Liberians to ‘be somebody’.
