Hello,

I've received an email (see below) confirming the date for this year's Youth festival.

Who is interested and available to help organise and man a stall this year?

Does anyone have the time and energy to get involved in steering the overall event (if invited) as Becs did last year (involves a few daytime meetings at the Council)

Hi,

I have just received confirmation that the Youth Festival will take place again this year! Please make a note in your diary SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 13th at Town Gardens. I will be in touch over the next few weeks with thwe date of a planning meeting, and to look at how your organisation can get involved again this year, and build on the success of the last 2 years.

I am interested and can get involved in the meetings. If anyone else wants to do the meetings as well let me know cos might be good to have two reps.

Excellent, if just 3 or 4 of us are interested we can run a stall, and even better if you can attend meetings and be involved in the overall thing.

Haven't seen people for ages, so hoping people are out Thursday?...
