Hi 

 Iam ahmed montasser. A student at  2nd year -Ain-shams university
iam really interested in participating in swig open source project .
i have seen the ideas list and
i just want to know more about idea 11 : 
1. what are the limitations that we need to eliminate ? 
2. is there any source of reading ( if found ) ?
