meshing open access data at repofring hackaton

Jo,

as part of Open Access Monitor explorations, I am thinking of meshing up
some datasets, for example

data from openccessmap
http://www.openaccessmap.org/

and the data about mandates
http://roarmap.eprints.org/

(to compare if the mandates correspond to actual open data sets, even
a small subset would be fine)
I wonder if this is something you could be interested in helping
with/contributing to
(I cant do the coding), and possibly a linked data approach worth exploring
that some other people may be interested in contributing to (cc swig list)
