On Manage Student page, When you search for a Student (using display
by last name), it returns duplicate records of that particular
student.
I checked the database but found one record representing the student.
Why will the script then return more than one record for that student?

I have been unable to duplicate this issue. Is it possible you added the same student twice?
Check their ID numbers, if they both have the same ID number, then the program is having an issue. If they have unique ID numbers, then the student has been entered twice. The program bases its search on the ID number, so if it sees two unique ID numbers for the same student, it will list the student twice, as it assumes these must be two students with the same name.

I think the program is having a issue because it displays double records with the same ID number .
