Beta for Version 2 is Up!

The beta for Version 2 is now up. Download the latest file
(swifttide19901.tar). Untar it, run the installation and off you go.
Please provide relevant feedback. The forums are totally new, and
much more lightweight, though unfinished (they don't use the username
of the person logged in, and they are not using the stylesheet of the
rest of the site). You will find other "unbaked" areas as you go,
please notify of me of them as you go along!
