Swift nest at risk/and of predation

Dear all

Please can you give me your opinion on whether you think swifts will be able to enter this brickwork nest gap eith the flue pipe at this angle?

I am concerned this may result in them injuring themselves.

In addition, who'd of thought that the freeholder HA could provide a predator poll for one of the most at risk bird species to be predated from. 

They have been aware of this nest site since at least 2019.

I have been told they do not intend to adjust the flue pipe.
