Morning

I have the opportunity to hold an afternoon session for children at a local library. I've picked up the recent helpful email trail on children's swift  books.

I'm looking for ideas  for a swift craft session during the afternoon. Can anyone help with either where to get - swift 'colouring in'  templates or other simple craft ideas we can use.

Many thanks for your help.

Very best wishes

Sally

Hi Sally,

Here is the RSPB template, which has two versions, one of which you can colour yourself.  We also made a simpler template for younger children when I ran an event at our library last year.  I'll attach that, too, plus some outlines.

Cherry Hubbard from the Cirencester Swift Group made a scream of clay swifts for her class, but I'm not sure if her project can be shared without her permission. Perhaps you can contact her via this SLN group.

Have fun,

Amanda
