"Tweet" Swift Callers

Has anyone had experience of these commercial swift call systems, good
or bad? I ask because we have had one in use on a project all the past
summer, with no success at all reported to us. No Swifts were seen in
what could be a prime location, and I am thinking of changing the
system. Any info gratefully received. All the best, Edward

Hi Edward

I've had a Peak Products caller with a timer and although it took about 4 weeks we finally (after 4 barren years with no occupancy of our 7 boxes which were full 5 years ago) have a breeding pair with young this year.

We had an expanding colony starting with 4 Swegler boxes 45 years ago after we discovered we'd had swifts in the roof before we moved in..!  There was full occupancy for all those years.
