Just two days to go and we have a marvellous 131 SAW events listed - and some are still being submitted even now!
Thanks again to everyone involved in such a superb effort.
Should there be any more events being planned, we can still add them - here's the registration form:

No UK bird gets the same remarkable level of support and help that Swifts do so this week gives everyone the chance to shout about it and get some local recognition as well as getting more people involved.
Here's the link to the list and the UK map: Action for Swifts: SAW events 2026 .
There's still time to contact your local media/radio etc and to use social media to promote your events.

And after your event, if it went well, you can always send a report to the local paper for example saying how well attended it was?
FYI: there will be an article in The Guardian tomorrow (Friday) about swifts with a mention tagged on about SAW so keep an eye open for that.
And finally, do be careful in this heat and make sure that you and everyone attending an event are properly prepared.
There's lots of advice available online about this.
Good luck and please feedback either directly to me or to SLN if anything noteworthy or unusual happens.
