Help with request for a risk assessment

Hi SLN

 

I have persuaded a local school to install a double swift box and they have just asked for a risk assessment to be completed as we would need an external contractor to come in to do the ladder installation. 

 

Does anyone have a sample risk assessment for this situation that I could use?

Hi Jeremy, when I’ve had to do risk assessments recently, I’ve just asked chat gbt to write one for me, by typing in the details of the activity in as much detail as I can think of, then check it over to make sure it all makes sense. The resulting risk assessments have been accepted by the organisations that have asked for them.
