win prolog editor not properly connecting to prolog toplevel

I've installed Swipl first, which is working fine, then installed the windows editor and configured it to the proper directory. 

There are no complaints from the editor, but the evaluator isn't working - nothing shows char typed directly in the window.

I've set this up several times before, but this is the first on Win10.
