I am an undergraduate and I'm developing a windows store app using visual studio 2013. This is an application to answer the user entered mathematical questions. GUI is developed using visual studio and input validation is done using c#. I have already done the coding of solving questions using swi-prolog.
But I could not found a way to integrate C# and prolog.
How can I do this integration or is it not possible to do so.

You could use the swicli pack. Alternatively you could make the two communicate by http.
