Distribute swi-prolog on windows with nuget

it would be nice to get swi-prolog on Windows distributed via nuget (https://www.nuget.org/).

Nuget manage dependencies etc... and ease packaging/installation on Windows.

It would also ease windows apps for windows needed swi-prolog to install as swi-prolog could be listed as a dependency and automatically downloaded with the application.
