Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error

Hello 

i allways get this error " microsoft visual c++ runtime ...."  when hit the " make option form  " Compile" menu ?

Works fine for me. So, which Prolog version? Which Windows version?
The exact sequence for loading, editing, etc.? Any detail with the
error message?

I uninstalled SWI and re-installed the latest version 7.6.4 on windows 32 bit version 7 enterprise.

Everything worked OK before but now I am getting

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

which seems to be what this post is referring to.

Writing make/0 works OK, but Comple/Make from the editor or

File/Reload modified files crashes SWI.

This problem only occurs in the stable release 7.6.4.

It doesn't happen in 7.6.0, which was the old version I had installed.

It also doesn't happen in the development version 7.7.18.
