Problem on installing swipl-w64-740-rc2 on W10

Dear swipl-egians, 

The version of 7.4 of SWI-Prolog (64-bit) does not install on Windows 10.

 

Is it appropriate version of SWI-Prolog for W10?

Could you recommend better IDE for developng web-applications in Prolog?
Is it PDT for Eclipse JEE is appropriate one for this purpose?

Dear swipl-egians,

I've just set up swipl-w64-740-rc2 for W10.

It seems to me that my problem would be not restarting the OS after deinstalling the previous version of Prolog.

Thank you. Your prayers it seems to me were helpful.

But I also wait for your respond & reflection on Prolog IDE for Eclipse. Could someone compare PDT vs. ProDT?

Would be appreciated.
