first version of the SWHID FAQ now live

Hello everyone,

just a quick message to let you know that, together with Roberto, we
have worked over the past few months on a FAQ (Frequently Asked
Questions) document for the SWHID standard. Its first version is now
publicly available on the SWHID website at:

https://www.swhid.org/faq/

Your feedback and improvements on the document are very welcome, both
here and as pull requests at https://github.com/swhid/swhid.github.io .
