Announcement of the SWHID Approved Specification, version 1.1

Dear all,
     the last call for comments has allowed us to incorporate the last changes coming from an accurate proofreading of the specification (big thanks for all the contributions!), and no blocker has emerged.

Hence, we are excited to announce that we have now released the SWHID Approved Specification, version 1.1, congratulations!

As a consequence, the following updates have been made to the official SWHID website and the development repository:
We believe we are now ready to move to the next step, which is the preparation of the submission to ISO of v1.1 in order to become a standard.

Please do share the news broadly: this is the final specification, and all interested stakeholders may rely on it as solid ground for implementation.

I think this sentence has nonetheless slipped thru the cracks: "This
document was prepared by XXX."

Hi Roberto

I wasn't angling to be credited. :)  Perhaps better to omit that sentence altogether and just rely on the list of copyright holders in the beginning — which would not include me due to my limited creative input.
