Hi all,

Here I go with my quick introduction.
I'm a researcher at Centre Borelli, a group at ENS Paris-Saclay (France), interested in open science, publication of reproducible research, software citation and software quality. I'm teaching free software and reproducible research in our master's.
I'm supervising a PhD candidate (José Hernández) on a project about open science. José will join this group soon.
In my everyday research I also work on image processing, computer vision, and machine learning.

I'm an editor of the journal Image Processing On Line (IPOL), which publishes reproducible algorithms. Each publication is made of the article + source code + data as a whole, everything peer-reviewed. The source code of each published article is submitted to Software Heritage for perpetual archival. I'm convinced by the importance of having this unique and universal archive of code, and thus I'm quite interested in contributing and learning about its normalization.

See you around!
Miguel
