SWFUploader not working with siteminder

Im using the SWFUploader to handle multiple file upload. However
everything works fine, until i integrate my application with
siteminder.

The siteminder seems to have prevent the SWFUpload to process the file
upload.

From the debug trace, i saw that the data return when i upload the
file was:

onLoad="document.AUTOSUBMIT.submit();">This page is used to hold your
data while you are being authorized for your request.You will
be forwarded to continue the authorization process. If this does not
happen automatically, please click the Continue button below.


What should i do about this?
