I was using the 1.0 version and have noticed some bug with rendering blur effect.
So I tired new version and unfortunately the bug is still present.
Explanation: I have a swf with a lot of fancy blur effects (included in attachment). When it plays in Flash Player, blurs are wide and delicate. On images output from Kurst blurs are narrow and intensive.
Attachment includes 6 images to compare: *_exp are frames obtained from other swf renderer (and that's how normal swf playback looks like), *_got are corresponding ones from Kurst.
Worth to note: a playback shown by Kurst during rendering is ok (blurs look properly).
BTW: there is also problem with scaling not taking a second decimal digit into account. Video is 400px tall, I entered scale "3.12", and got 1240px high (should be 1248). Previous version handled it correctly.
An attachment cannot be included here (why?), so here is the link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/xvf3n4
The filters work fine if you export at the original scale - however when you scale the content up - flash has to recalculate the filters based on larger area - and the effects look "less". In this case I would suggest you develop the content at the resolution you plan to export it. As for the other scaling bug ( not working to two decimal places ) - that is next on my list to fix, and will have an update soon. I will create an entry for this in the group.
