Hi, I just purchased swf renderer and I'm trying to upgrade from 2.066 to 2.067 but it's not working. The blue status is at about 5%. Is anyone else havign this issue.

Also how do we get the app to create images beyond sequence 119? Do I just upload another swf file in the queue?

Thanks.

Hello.

Please email me off-list ( support[at]kurst.co.uk ) if you are still having issues updating the app. Also would be useful if you could post system configuration/os. I would love to get this fixed if you are still having issues.

Not sure what you mean by create images beyond sequence 119 ? . If your SWF published using AVM2, "Stop capture when last frame is reached" will not work - you have to use "stop at frame X". Otherwise if you could post the SWF - I would be happy to look at it for you and advise. ( or email me off-list ) .

Best
