Check for update on startup checkbox not toggling update checks

Please confirm that this update check toggle is working correctly.

On or off it continually checks for an update when the program is launched. Behaviour is present on version 2.088.

SWFRenderer will check for an update regardless, but will not show the update screen if that toggle is switched off.

The wording of the toggle option is vague at best. Perhaps a rewording would help.

My suggestion of a toggle for turning on/off updates would be helpful as I would prefer not having the program check for updates everytime the program is launched. This type of option is commonplace in most applications.
