flash websites not displaying properly in IE7, 8 and 9

Hi
These flash websites I have made are not displaying properly in IE 7,
8 and 9 unless the compatability icon is pressed, then they work fine.
I don't know if this is to do with the swf object code or something
else.
Here are two sites that work in every other browser except IE7,8,9 -
does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this problem?

Have a look a the code and examples on the FAQ page entry #1:

I know there is an issue with IE9 and min-height / min-width if that is something you need (the 3rd example link in the faq). Here is a thread discusses the issue:
