I found this site very interesting:

so when I tried it, there's a problem. The sound is loading slow and
cuts 1-2 secs at the end.

For the loading slow, it there a problem with the way I embed the
file? and the cut.. uhm help?

This does not sound like an issue that relates to swfobject. You will most likely find a better response on general flash forums.
