Flash Vaporizes IE

I'm guessing this a flash problem rather than a SWFObject problem but
I'm curious if anyone else has seen this. When we run our pages under
ssl IE crashes when we exit some pages. The crash log seems to
indicate Flash10b.ocx is the problem.

If you use plain object/embed rather than swfobject does this still occur?
Is this happening on a single system or any ie browser?
Can you provide a link?
