How make this website?

Hello,

I'm trying to use swffit to make a website like this:
http://www.stevenginn.com/home.html

I've tried my best to follow the directions on the swffit website, but
I'm struggling. I've added the AS to my flash files, the script to my
HTML but I must be missing something. The scrollbars appear but the
flash does not resize like the URL I posted above....please help!
