Dear Kimadri,

As discussed with you regarding the following requirement which the PC will need from FM's office to execute this Bijoya Sammeloni hassle free

The following are the requirement on 31st oct 

1. Parking lot for Visitors.....i.e. initally the visitor parking lot behing Q block to be used and once the requirement .
2. 4 Security staffs r will be required to be stationed @ L and N1 community hall
3. Approx 450 chairs will be placed  within the central garden and another 200 chairs provision to be placed around the water fountain 
4. 2 generator set/van to be placed for maxium age pounitsplaced near 
5. Security personnel  to be beefed up during the musical conference which starts at 6 pm
6. Community Halls which have been booked post taking confirmation on the availability  are L block & N1 block for the performers and K block hall for cooking of the snacks which will be served at the food counter near K block
7. PS Sonarpur IC invitation letter for Bijoya Sammelani has been handed over to him ...please follow up for the confirmation from the PS 
8. SENCO marketing canopy has been installed in front of the Club house.....the stall will be present from 30th oct til Nov 16
