Hi Sajib,

As discussed please arrange the BUS for three hours from 3:45 PM today as residents need to go to Jai Hind Hall Mahamayatala to receive the Police award.

Hi Duttada/Parag,

This requirement came all of a sudden and ad hoc basis tried to reach you both on phone but could not connect. We are starting @ 3:45 from Main Club please be present in award ceremony.

Hi mainak,
I don't think we can suspend the bus service abruptly of the evening without giving any notice to residents.

This is my personal opinion.
Others pls opine.

Hi Sajib,

Just had a discussion with Duttada, make this as an additional trip of Bus do not suspend bus operation the Bus will drop residents to the venue and then will pick up and bring them back once the program is over. In between it continue with normal operation.

Since this a matter of Sherwood and receiving an acknowledgement, please try and adjust the trip without disturbing the normal schedule.
