She analyzed sourcing tools and recruiting processes, implemented usage of marketing campaigns via digital platforms, assessed compensation packages, and created a formal on-boarding program and retention strategy.
Ms. Starr started her career as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Fairfield University where she ran all operations of the Division One college soccer program. She later joined Chelsea Piers Connecticut as Director of Partnerships & Sponsorships where she oversaw all corporate partnerships/sponsorships and identified strategic initiatives to provide incremental revenue with existing and new business relationships. She was also a Head Coach for the Connecticut Soccer / Football club.
The longtime actor was recently seen in TV shows including Billions, Almost Family, Succession, The Good Fight, You, Elementary, and Mozart in the Jungle. Blum also starred in movies including Desperately Seeking Susan and Crocodile Dundee.

Susan Bae is the Executive Pastry Chef and founding member of Moon Rabbit restaurant in Washington, D.C. UPDATE, with reactions Mark Blum, a veteran New York stage actor whose credits also include roles in the film Desperately Seeking Susan and the Netflix TV series You, has died due to complications from the coronavirus. He was 69.
In addition to Desperately Seeking Susan, in which he costarred with Madonna and Arquette, Blum also appeared in, among other films, Crocodile Dundee and Shattered Glass, and he had roles on many television series including Capital News, NYPD Blue, The Sopranos, Law & Order, Mozart in the Jungle and, more recently, Succession, Elementary, The Good Fight, You and Billions.
