Hello Ife Oyebiyi,
Generally for Nigeria, the white-fleshed varieties tend to have higher yields than orange-fleshed varieties like Mothers' Delight. Kindly contact Dr Jude Njoku of NRCRI, Umudike for details and more information. Farmers around Nyanya, Nassarawa State have started growing it. Of course, adoption depends on many things like consumer demand and if the variety is suitable for cultivation in any given location.
I wish you all the best.
