AXUShas been transformative. The gains in efficiency and content management for Matuet were huge with the use of tools like the library and historical matches. AXUS also manages to be loved both by clients and the team with its intuitive and user-friendly features.

AXUS is very innovative and is always introducing new features. Excellent and frequent training is offered. Their support & search button is very comprehensive and their live support is extremely responsive. We love the E-Page functionality, which allows us to personalize many features. In summary, we have found AXUS to be a critical part of our sales process.

We switched to AXUS in 2020 as their user interface is very smooth and intuitive, which, as we have scaled up with new destination specialists, has helped get them up to speed with our systems and products far quicker than previous systems we have used. However, where AXUS has delivered the biggest impact is the ability to distribute our travel documents through their App, which our clients love using. For sustainability reasons, we've phased out printed documents across our business and this fundamental business change has been aided by the integration of AXUS and the excellent support we've received from their team.

We recently transitioned from another itinerary platform to AXUS and have been very happy with our decision. We specialize in custom FIT trips and found their user interface to be easy and intuitive. The design is sleek and saves us more time than our last system. Best of all, many of our preferred travel suppliers also use AXUS, which dials up our efficiency without having to data enter proposals. It's a perfect tool for our business needs.

AXUS has revolutionized the way we enhance our customer journey. The platform's seamless integration and user-friendly interface have made it incredibly easy for both our advisors and clients to navigate and make real-time decisions. Moreover, the collaborative nature of AXUS has strengthened our relationship between customers and advisors, allowing us to make adjustments based on the client's preferences and involving them throughout the entire planning process. Overall, it is a central tool that has streamlined our operations and elevated the level of service to our clients. We highly recommend it to any travel professional looking to enhance their planning and decision-making process.

First and foremost I have been very happy thus far with the AC500 given our use. While I have have been critical to some extent of both units and Bluetti, of which those criticisms still stand, it seems the AC500 off the shelf is already more solid than the AC300.

First, here is our use case. We are fulltime RVers who decided to travel the country, work remotely and rely on consistent power throughout the RV on a regular basis. Our rig is a Class A motorhome running on 240v 50a.

More of our use case

We purchased two AC500 units with the intention of combining them for a full 240v system, which will be slightly under 50 amps giving us 10,000 watts per leg. The missing 1,000 watts on each leg from a true 50 amp should go unnoticed.

In order to use this product one must be able to buy this product. No response from Indiegogo, no response to phone messages left, no response to emails. I am at a loss to understand how they sell a product one cannot process a purchase for!

I saw that information at the Indiegogo page, where the P030A Fusion Box Pro for the AC500 will only work at 30 A or 7.2 kW for a 240 VAC Split Phase installation. See the Bluetti YouTube informational video here:

For a true 240 VAC, 42 A or 10 kW application, the solution is to rewire the cabling for 50 A and replace the L14-30R for a 50 A version. Either wait for Bluetti/PowerOak to design and produce it (maybe renamed as a P050A) or someone to do it by himself. The Fusion Box has a special circuit to measure and determine correct phasing before activating and illuminating its two LEDs near the base. So it does not depend on the current amount flowing inside it. Someone can do a reverse engineering job and build his own.

The lack of a 50 A Fusion Box is the reason why many home owners will not buy or invest in the AC500 units, including myself. Only stand alone 120 VAC applications will use this new system with 5 kW of power.

After a little back and forth, this is what support ultimately responded with. My only concern with this is the fact that the two neutrals are being combined, but seems like it is okay. Otherwise, the AC500 Power Suite is a complete waste of money and not sure why they are selling it.

The SS2-50 box is drawn as an receptable, but that is against the NEC code, which defines the outlet (female) as the supplier of power and the plug (male) as the load (the NEMA L14-50 is correctly drawn). I will find what really works later on.

Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

First of all thanks for reading this. My purpose for this post is to ask the community who have or used generators in their RVs in hopes I can narrow down and identify the issue I am having with mine system.

The Problem: I have a brand new Onan 5500 Genset and 50 Amp Mobile Suites 36rrsb3. When I fire up the genset so I can charge my four, 6v AGMs, The electrical part of the generator sometimes trips. But the generator continues to run. When this happens, 50% of the time the 20 amp breaker on the generator itself trips. The other 50% of the time, I get a "Bedroom/GFI Outlet" breaker trip off inside our Mobile Suites in the breaker box. It is important to note that the only things on in the RV at the time I fire off the Genset are the residential fridge and maybe a few LED lights. It's not like I am overloading the circuit.

Actually, as Lynn commented, IF the "Shore Power" amp point is set above 20 amps, including the fridge -"depending" - you could well exceed the 30 amp generator internal breaker. They can trip at anything much above 25 amps. (Ask me how I know this.)

Unless one has a really big battery bank (600AH is not that big) and is connected to a 50 amp shore power service, there is no reason to have the shore power set above 20 amps. The odds are good the fridge and Magnum are on the same leg. With a depleted batter bank and the fridge coming on at the same time it would be pretty easy to trip the 30 amp generator breaker when the Magnum starts charging in the Bulk mode.

If setting the shore power to 20 doesn't solve the issue try 15. If the GRI keeps tripping at 15 then change that breaker. If that doesn't work I "suspect" - and that's all I'm doing - suspect, there is a ground wiring error in the rig to the generator which the GFI would detect and trip off. The grounding point is different when using a built in generator then when on shore power.

This may or may not be the problem, but for those reading along, OEMs, like DRV and others, sometimes just install the Magnum and other chargers at the factory (Magnum factory) default settings. 30 amps Shore power is the default.
