Tomorrow, we will be looking at another controlled run of around forty
minutes, in a similar vein to last week*, what with the long distance
racing season being very much upon us at the moment. I don't think
many of us need to be thrashing out 200m repeats to help our 800m
performance!
If anyone fancies it, I would love to go through a short, relaxed
drills and strides session afterwards to have a little look at
improving our efficiency and ease of movement. Up to you whether you
join me with this little departure from normal!
