to Sweatshop Running Groups - Teddington
I didn't watch the X Factor yesterday. But I did watch some telly...
The BBC broadcast some running yesterday from the European Cross
Country Championships and it saw Britain walk away with individual
silver and gold in the men's and women's senior races, gold or silver
in every one of the six team competitions, and a healthy handful of
other individual medals (two medals for former employees of Teddington
Sweatshop!)...inspiring stuff.
Many top performances from Teddington residents past and present over
in Dublin in the colours of GB (and indeed Ireland); it makes me proud
to be here in the midst of such a thriving running community.
As usual, there will be endurance based track sessions set out at the
shop if you fancy them tonight (with the emphasis on continuous work
to avoid hypothermia) but if not, I'm not judging you!
As ever, any running queries, fire them this way...
