I don't know about you lot, but I enjoyed last week's run. This week,
I think we will again run a combination of park and road as it gave
some good variety to proceedings and no-one ran into any trees or
anything in the park. Am I tempting fate there?!

A slightly less aggressive run this evening probably, but perhaps a
smidgen longer.
