Taking things full circle to the kind of thing we did in one of my
first couple of weeks with the group, I propose a progressive run this
evening. Very, very easy to start, nothing at all that will stress
hearts, lungs and legs that may have had a couple of weeks' breather.
Gradual progression through the run, ending at the kind of pace one
would race 10 miles.
Hedging-your-bets type stuff; this will be a fairly short and easy
progression run, so there will be a little bit of envelope pushing and
fitness building, but most of it should be totally comfortable and
recovery afterwards should be pretty painless!
I look forward to seeing a few of you in Teddington this evening.
