Well, they'll be there for if you fancy that kind of thing... By no
means is running on the track an essential for improving fitness,
particularly for people targeting long stuff, but it's very useful.

I hope you've all had a good week and are enjoying this bit of
refreshing precipitation we are enjoying currently.

For anyone interested in doing 2010's Reading Half Marathon, do watch
this space - information on how to enter at discounted running group
rate is imminent...

(Apologies about the no show last week; have been sequestered
elsewhere by Sweatshop today so will miss out again tonight, but will
rejoin things on Thursday after a week of being thoroughly lazy!)
